Wallpaper* has released its Architects Directory for 2008, listing the "world's 50 hottest young architectural practices." In a total slap to our collective faces, no Los Angeles based firm made the list. In fact, only six of the firms are from the United States, with four based in New York, one based in San Francisco and one firm hailing from Anchorage, Alaska. We must do better, people.
