Curbed Reader Comment Round-Up

The best posts usually originate in our comments. To give appreciation to our amazing (and sometimes angry) commenters we feature their broad strokes of wisdom in a tidy comment roundup.

Yes, Everyone Can Use Downtown's New LAPD HQs:: "I couldn't be happier. The north end of town rocks! Where is the green in South Park, Financial District, Old Bank District, Arts District, Industrial District?? Not only will we have a green space to hang, but we'll have the 16 acre park two blocks away. I think this end of town is by far, the best!"

City Hall Coup Planned For Monday at Noon: "Demand a great City? Why not just run for office?"

Ask Curbed: That's it, I'm Done. Now Where?: "Things are cozy and comfy here in my little Elysian Valley (Frogtown) just north of Dodger Stadium. You can walk along the LA River (natural bottom) and watch guys catch carp (they should clean up the river a bit), and Griffith Park and Elysian Valley are biking distance away. Neighbors are friendly. A great supermarket nearby on San Fernando Road. It rains in Portland all the time, and is hot in AZ. Global warming is AZ. Muggy to die in NY, and Atlanta. SF is a boutique townette. Sounds like a affair is in order, not a move."
