Lorcan O'Herlihy Architects seems to have the cornered the market on smaller, residential projects around the city. Joining the new-to-market Willoughby Lofts, the firm's W.A. Lofts at 803-807 Wilcox Ave is looking at a July 1 move-in for residents. Just a young Development Du Jour last October, it's a 14-loft style condominium building offering units priced between $699,000 and $769,000. It looks like the lofts start at about 1,565 square feet, about the same price originally planned.
