South Park's Elleven was probably the most disappointing spot on the Dwell downtown loft and apartment home tour. We've seen some interesting-looking units in Luma, another project by the same developer, but this condo's layout felt cramped and the finishes looked generic. It felt like there was no air in the place; we wished the ceiling heights were higher.
