While hard hat tours are now going on at Summit on Sixth, that adaptive reuse condo project on the corner of 6th and Vermont, floor plan action is also up on their web site. Last we heard, these 96 condos were priced from the low $500s to $1.4 million. As far as the floor plans themselves, this is just a sample--there are more on the web site. Readers will remember that this is a former 1960's office building that will now house condo dwellers.
