Change A-Comin' To WeHo's Plummer Park

New, 7 comments

West Hollywood's Plummer Park—the one located in the east/Russian side of WeHo—is getting a little work done: green space will be expanded, the park's Fiesta Hall is getting renovated, and subterranean parking will be added. There are also vague promises of a central park promenade that'll run east-west from Vista Street to Fuller Avenue, a formal garden fronting Fuller, and an interactive water feature so the locals may bathe in style. All these goodies are Phase 1 of the Plummer Park Master Plan—one of three major components of the city's 25th anniversary capital improvement project, which includes a new WeHo library. All this (and hopefully, renderings) will be discussed at a community meeting a week from tomorrow.
