A tipster drops the news that actor Tom Sizemore, a talented man who has has had some scuffles--but haven't we all--is residing in downtown's Eastern Columbia. While it's unclear if he's purchased a unit or is just staying in the building, we do know this: He's quite a colorful character, according to his neighbors. Either way, Sizemore joins fellow actors John Stamos and Johnny Depp, both of whom have purchased in the building. What a good-looking bunch.
