The home sits on a large lot offering expansion opportunities." But please don't. It's perfect just as it is. And (relatively) affordable. Its last sale price in 2004 was $715,000. Today's asking price: $799,000. That's a drastic change from the list price printed in the Spring 2007 Beachwood Voice, asking for $989,000. Glad to see the owner has put down the crack pipe.
