Each week ListingsWire mentions notable movements on the MLS: New listings, price chops, flips, and more. Spy movement? Email us.

PASADENA: "New price." So says the listing for this "updated & restored 1907 Craftsman known as the Dr. Waterman House in Bungalow Heaven." According to the listing, Dr. Waterman was a personal physician to the Vanderbilts. It's a four-bedroom on Michigan Avenue listed at $814,450. Originally it started out at $858,421. Pretty, but it looks like it's going to be warm inside. [Redfin]

MIRACLE MILE AREA: This is a "masterfully redefined Spanish modern glam" home, and given the whiteness, not the type of place to track in dirt. Last weekend, the listing was promising martinis at the open houses. Might be worth calling to see if they'll be serving olives again. A three-bedroom at N. Kilkea Drive, it's listed at $1.899 million. [Redfin]

DOWNTOWN: So, a re-sale? And more small shaves. "This fantastic, like-new pool-level unit at Vero features an open floorplan with wood floors, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer (included), frosted glass sliding doors and balcony....Available furnished at additional cost." This might be the smallest PriceChop seen. Hit the market in April for $449,000 and now its down to $435,000. Redfin shows six other listings in the building. [Redfin]

VENICE: There's a condo for sale in the clown-ballerina-hobo building, a contender in the Ugliest Building contest. Unshaven ballerinas don't come cheap--this 1,245 square foot condo is listed at $935,000. The owner has quite a bit of stuff.[Redfin]
