So Detroit Street has an abundance of construction--there are at least three new buildings on this stretch of Detriot right below Sunset--including this building, Detroit Terrace Lofts. Like other projects in this area, this is a smaller building, offering six units. Notably, the web site talks up the 1,600 square foot two-bedrooms that come with bamboo floors and fireplaces; the site also talks up the fact that the building is just "Walking Distance From World Famous Hot Spots!" Hot spots is subjective, but, yes, ability to walk is confirmed. Not sure about all that red and black decor. Prices: $749,000-$779,000. [All interior images via web site]
