Homeowners in the Harbor Pines neighborhood may start a petition to oppose the opening of Mule's Seafood & Spirits in the area--at issue is the noise and salty patrons who frequent Mule's. The restaurant used to operate at the Terraces Shopping Center in Rancho Palos Verdes and those area residents have stories, reports the Daily Breeze. In addition to the public urination and bottles strewn in the parking lot, there are complaints about the crowd, which consisted mostly of longshoremen. Says one local businessman: "They'd make comments to our staff, especially my female staff. I've got high school kids working for me and it was completely inappropriate.
