The boards at LottaLiving are abuzz with the news that Lloyd Wright's The Bird of Paradise house in Palos Verdes has hit the market. The house, also known as the Bowler House, was built in 1963 and features a "steeply pitched roof & triangular geometric shaped structure. The exterior is built of concrete & Santa Maria stone with blue corrugated fiberglass along the pitched roof." The furniture was also designed by Lloyd Wright and is "on display" - so does that mean the furniture is included in the sale? Because the interiors are AWESOME, especially the
bar bathroom. The listing does warn "the structure is in need of restoration. Sold as-is." Listing price: $2.5 million.
