Work on the eastern leg of the Pasadena to Downtown Gold Line continues to rumble along, preparing for a late 2009 ribbon-cutting. The first station on the 6-mile, 8-station light-rail extension is the Little Tokyo/Arts District stop at the corner of 1st and Alameda, across from the Japanese-American museum. Condos and rentals surround the station; is it a stretch to imagine home-values increasing once trains pass through?
