He asks: "Hey Curbed, I am watching those condos go up on Wilshire in the Miracle Mile (right across from the Ralphs) [Ed: 5600 Wilshire?] and have noticed that there is no crane on site. It looks to be about six stories high. When is a crane needed? Seven, eight stories? Is there a legal limit when a crane is required, or when do they bring it out?"
