That's Joe Avina of Falcon Waterfree Technologies, which makes no-flush urinals, talking to the Santa Monica Mirror about the green wonders of his product. And according to the paper, the bowls are already in "Staples Center (186 units), Field Level bathrooms in Dodger Stadium (90 units), the Rose Bowl, [and in] bathrooms in the Santa Monica-Malibu School District.."
