Entrada Opponents Sue Culver City

New, 1 comment

Contentious from the beginning, the proposed Culver City office building Entrada, famously called a "giant, melting ice cube" by opponents was cleared by the Culver City Council in April, but now "a public interest group comprised of residents from several Westside communities has filed a lawsuit against Culver City, alleging that it violated the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)," according to the Argonaut. Among other reasons, the group is pissed that the project was approved by three outgoing Culver City Council members--all three were leaving a week after the vote because of term limits.
