After more than a year on the market, the Malibu Colony home of actors Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen has finally sold for $16.75 million after originally being listed at $18.5 million. The listing for the 3,550-square-foot home is here and the virtual tour is here. [LA Times]

It happened last year, but Real Estalker breaks the news that "Sex and the City's" Chris Noth (Mr. Big) purchased a three-bedroom home in Sherman Oaks. The home was listed at $1.445 million and is described as a "very special Eichler inspired mid-century estate." [Real Estalker]

The former Palos Verdes Estates home of late Buddy Ebsen ("Beverly Hillbillies") has been put on the market by his third wife and widow. It's a four-bedroom home listed at $3.24 million. Sadly, there's not much of a backyard, but here are some details off the listing: "...This elegant home features a magnificent living room complete with Palladian windows to enjoy the panoramic views, high ceiling and fireplace."
