Not that it means The Grand is breaking ground anytime soon--that was pushed back to February 15, 2009--but the project's recently relaunched website is sporting a new rendering that shows its relationship to the Disney Hall and Bunker Hill. Like it or not, this is it, folks. Phase I of the project includes a total of 1.4 million square feet of development; 488 residential units; high-end retail, restaurants and gym; a Mandarin Oriental hotel; 1,500 parking spaces; and our new civic park. Price tag: $1 billion.
