Earlier this year, there were rumblings on the site that the Marlowe, a 121-unit rental building at 445 North Rossmore had some sort of mold situation going on. What can be confirmed: Confusion! Someone who works at the building told us there was extensive water damage at the place and blamed the original builders for the current mess, but the owner of the property didn't return calls. Maybe a fine resident can chime in. But we hear that construction has been going for some time--currently, the front of the building is being fixed up--and isn't expected to be done anytime soon. Rents range from $2,200-$5,400. Also, according to the web site, if you work at Paramount, you get some sort of rental deal.
