Park Wilshire, a 20-unit project at 4848 Wilshire, will be completed by the middle of next month, says Philip Lee, real estate agent for the project. Oddly, only six units are actually available to the public--investors bought 14 of the units. Lee wouldn't say how many investors are in on this building, one of many new constructions buildings along Wilshire, but did state that "it's more than a dozen." Units range in size from 2,200 square feet to 2,400 square feet, with prices likely being determined this week. In January real estate agents thought they'd be priced from $1.1 million and up.
