Hello. We have four questions this week. Please feel free to email us at la@curbed.com if you have answers to these questions or maybe an update on a past question. We would also really appreciate digital pictures.

1) Culver City: What's going on behind Sony's iron curtain? "just curious if you or anyone has info on what exactly Sony Studios is doing on the lot. they tore down several buildings and have been under construction inside the Culver gate for months now. what exactly are they building?"
2) Venice: GoogleMaps shows a big dirt lot here. Maybe someone knows why. "does anyone know what's being done at the northeast corner of Superior and Venice (just east of Lincoln)?"
3) Hollywood: Gentrification isn't moving fast enough for some. "I live a couple of blocks from [Hollywood and Vine]. Since the Broadway and the Lofts at H&V have opened(?) I haven't noticed any change on the street. With all the hoopla from Kor and Palisades, is anyone actually living in these places? Are they now affordable housing? Homeless by day, club kids by night does not a community make..."
4) Pasadena: This project sounds lovely, but a reader wants to know what it looks like. "i have been seeing beautiful full pages ads in both Pasadena Star News and LA Times for this development (Orange Grove Circle) and it made me curious about it. maybe someone can dig deeper?... not sure what it actually look like..."
