On the heels of a report detailing downtown's new Los Angeles Police Department headquarters and its $437 million plus budget, the latest shots of the building. There is now glass in the slots of the creme-colored portion of the building and the blue glass side nearly complete, but tagging at the construction site is apparently unavoidable.
