The latest store info, retail gossip and sidewalk scenes from the street-obsessed Racked LA, the newest site from the Curbed Network. Shop along, won't you?

LOS ANGELES: In its previous life, 8032 West 3rd Street housed a Rhino Records holiday pop-up shop, and now it's home to Envi, an environmentally-minded boutique designed to feel "like a closet." Racked LA takes a tour, reporting that prices range from $75 for a Katharine Hamnett tee to $210 for a snap Beau Soleil dress. Even better: One percent of all purchases will go to environmental organizations.

LOS ANGELES: Your next H&M designer? "Comme des Garçons' founder and head designer Rei Kawakubo will create this autumn's guest designer collection. Prepare thyself for elbowing on the retail floor and long lines at the register.

CHINATOWN: Worth clicking through for the insanely pretty photo--and the model's interesting eyebrows. New High (M)art, a fashion-y rotating pop-up store, is putting together "thematic moments." Expect independent designers and products around a central theme, similar to a gallery group show. The nine-week run will open April 5th.
