On the Racked: Grassy Robertson Windows, Bliss at W Hollywood, Hot Pants and Upscale Bongs

The latest store info, retail gossip and sidewalk scenes from the street-obsessed Racked LA, the newest member of the Curbed family.

ROBERTSON BOULEVARD: Just in time for spring, funky grass installations have cropped up in the window of skate/street fashion nexus WeSC. Created by artist Jeff Hastings, the instillation can be seen in full gallery glory here.

HOLLYWOOD: More details are emerging about spa plans at under-construction W Hollywood Hotel and Residences—the hotel/condo/retail development at Hollywood and Vine. Hollywood residents, you're getting a 4,800-square-foot Bliss spa and a retail beauty boutique. ""The spa will include all of Bliss' trademark touches: a signature menu of tension taming treatments, rhythm and blues tunes and legendary brownie buffet."

LOS ANGELES: Ladies and gentlemen, meet the fabulousness that is the "Jeans Bikini-Pants." We were hoping the back of the jeans would be a frisky-looking Brazilian thong, but no, the jean company opted for modesty. Well, a bit.

MELROSE AVENUE: Who doesn't want to upgrade their bong, really. And here's a store that sells one that'll impress. "Rackage," the blog's look at recently-opened stores around town, checks out Illadelph on Melrose Avenue, a store that sells a glass water pipes by artists with four-year degrees.
