MIRACLE MILE: The above photograph is part of "Phantom Sightings: Art after the Chicano Movement." The show, which opened on April 6th at LACMA, is the "largest exhibition of cutting-edge Chicano art ever presented at LACMA. And more: "Chicano art, traditionally described as work created by Americans of Mexican descent, was established as a politically and culturally inspired movement during the counterculture revolutions of the late 1960s and early 1970s." KOREATOWN: The long-awaited, much discussed Summit on Sixth, an adaptive reuse condo project of the former Colwell Building on the corner of 6th and Vermont, is finally ready for business. The sales office is open now and the building is hosting an open house on Saturday. Condos are priced from the low $500s to $1.4 million. [Curbed InBox]
