Anyone who was a fan of Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel & Spa Pasadena may have been slightly nervous when the beautiful hotel was sold for $170 million last year and rebranded the Langham Huntington Hotel and Spa Pasadena. In January, the new owners announced plans for $25 million in renovations, but didn't provide a ton of detail on what to expect. Thankfully, it doesn't sound like much is changing. A spokesperson for the hotel tells Curbed the Langham will get new pool furniture; improvements to the outside landscaping; upgrades or refurbishments to the furniture in common areas; and improvements to the spa. Plus, the hotel will see changes in the dining areas, an area sister Eater LA has been tracking.
