Downtown development worries be damned: Construction continues on developer Related's San Pedro Apartments, a rental project at 2nd and San Pedro in Little Tokyo. These construction photos taken last weekend show the latest movement on the 230-unit project (the project will also have 7,000 square-feet of retail, according to blog Angelenic). Designed by Thomas P. Cox Architects (the firm behind the giant Wilshire/La Brea project), the project will reportedly be ready for you downtowners to move in about a year. [Renderings via Angenelic]
