"It's drained." That's what a DWP worker said yesterday after we raced up to the reservoir to check out the now-empty tub. But had workers found anything mysterious or exciting? No. Nothing interesting was found, according to this DWP worker. Crushing. For those just catching up, the city has now finished draining the reservoir as part of its effort to rid the tub of its potentially dangerous water. The birds, who used to hang out on the water, looked confused.
