Much progress has been made on Venice Properties' Larchmont Lofts since our visit last October. Located at Melrose and Larchmont, the three-story structure will house 21 residences a hop, skip, and a jump from Paramount Studios and the yuppified wonders of Larchmont Village (or as their website puts it, "Minutes from everything. Moments from Bliss.") We're still not clear about prices, but don't be deterred by that nasty green siding—it seems to be temporary construction material, the real color palate will be more of a tasteful beige.
