Curbed Reader Comment Round Up

New, 5 comments

The best posts usually originate in our comments. To give appreciation to our amazing (and sometimes angry) commenters we feature their broad strokes of wisdom in a tidy comment roundup.

1) Demand For Affordable Abodes Remains "Dont people recognize that if we force developers to implement inclusionary housing there will be some affordable units but that money will have to be made up in the non affordable units. Thus inclusionary housing would actually make the majority of housing less affordable. In addition, developers will build fewer units as many projects will become unviable economically. Why dont we just make it easier for developers to entitle projects -- that will make housing more affordable!"

2) Ask Curbed: Getting My Poor Hands on A Foreclosed Home "Hey Curbed, can we do a follow up question on how to catch a falling knife? Oh wait, that's this question."

3) No Effing Way: South Pasadena Declares A "Cuss Free Week" "Somebody should walk around South Pasadena wearing a "Finish the 710 Now!" t-shirt and see if the locals can keep to their clean language resolution." [r c g]
