Checking in at 7950 Sunset at Hayworth Ave, the apartment complex seems to be nearing closer to completion, asshat and all. The last time we checked in on this 183-unit rental building, commenters pointed out the building's web site stated that this big rental puppy is just "minutes from the beach." Now, the web site is boasting floor plans, too. Some samples plans are posted above, an early glimpse for the kids just off the plane from Iowa who will be renting here.
