Revealed: Downtown's TenTen Wilshire Residences

New, 21 comments

A reader passes on photos of the street-level units at TenTen Wilshire, that downtown 227-unit development originally planned as a rental, but now marketed as a sort of hotel for area professionals. As noted, all the units are fully furnished, and can be rented out on a short or long-term basis (web site calls for an early 2008 opening and notes the building is an "the ideal place for business-minded individuals to Live, Work, and Play..."). One criticism about the building's exterior: The turquoise exterior of TenTen really clashes with neighbor Glo's green/yellow hue.
