Listing: This home had an open house over the weekend, but we didn't go. But it looks nice, right. The listing says: "Spectacular remodel awesome Fred Fisher designed Silver Strand home. Open floor plan features 4 bdrm and 3.5 baths, open beamed ceilings, kitchen with top of the line appliances."
This week's award goes to guesser rhonda who guessed $1,000 above the actual price. There were some wild guesses, but most of you seemed to be within the ballpark. Guesses averaged $370,697 above the actual listing price. More next week.
