5900 Wilshire Getting A Little Work Done

So much construction action on Wilshire: The 30-story office tower across from LACMA is undergoing Phase II of improvements, reports Globe St. Phase I at 5900 Wilshire was mostly unsexy "behind the scenes" work, i.e., elevators, HVAC system, but Phase II will see a new lobby by architect Johnson Fain and new pavilion and café designed by architect Greg Lynn. The tallest office building along Miracle Mile, 5900 Wilshire was built in 1971, according to Globe St. Rendering goodness posted soon.
