In the year 2007, CNN says, Las Vegas was the hardest hit area for foreclosures resulting from our ongoing mortgage meltdown. Of the hardest hit zip codes, 15 of the top 20 are located in Las Vegas or North Las Vegas. In Southern California, the hardest hit zip codes were in Lancaster (#26) and Palmdale (#27). [CNN Money]
