The Feds announced today they're giving the MTA over $23 million to install bus-only lanes on Wilshire. Great, except the lanes don't pass through 90210, easily the most congested part of the boulevard. MTA's Rex Gephart told the LA Times his agency didn't have time to consult Beverly Hills officials before the application deadline last fall. And, oh yeah, they don't open 'till 2011. [LA Times]
