Blinding white in the sun, the outside of Venice's Dogtown Station, a 35-unit loft development on Main Street--and one of the area's biggest and most expensive new projects--looks close to completion. In January, real estate reps said the project was half sold out, while the rest of the units were put on a hold till the development was done.
