About six months ago we heard a rumor that HOA fees at the Ritz-Carlton at LA Live would be about $1,900 per month. Nothing to sneeze at, right? Apparently our colorist only knows the lowermost rungs of the exceptionally wealthy, because that's one of the cheaper HOAs. The newest rumor? Average HOAs will range from $1,700 - $4,260 per month (on top of the $2+ million the residences will cost). Anyone want to confirm? If true, that's a small price to pay for the privilege of seeing Shaq in the elevator.
