Nancy Daly, the estranged wife of ex-mayor Richard Riordan, has sold her Carbon Beach home for a whopping $50 million. The 15,000 square foot home (pictured above) is located between the home of movie producer/Dreamworks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg and the residence of former Yahoo CEO Terry Semel. DJ Paul Oakenfeld has listed his four-bedroom Oporto Drive home for $10 million. Fantastic views from that bedroom, no? Who knew DJs made so much cash. [Real Estalker]
