The new Parker Center has finally added a new shade of pain to its exterior. We think that's a Robin's Egg (or possibly cyan) blue, mixed in with some cerulean blue highlights along the southern facade of the new police HQ (on the left). Doesn't it look stunning, like so many tasers used against our lawbreaking citizenry. We're not entirely sold on the beige panels (on the right). Oh, and here's a shot of where the new police garage is going to go.
