An excited reader alerts us to the news that the web site for developer Rick Caruso's Americana At Brand, the under-construction retail/condo development in Glendale, is boasting floor plan action for the 100 Excelsior residences. There will also be 238 apartments, but poor buck-toothed renters get no plans. All the Excelsior condos are two and three bedrooms. Prices aren't being released till later this spring, while move-ins are set for this summer. What an interesting time to come to market.
