Curbed Reader Comment Round-Up

The best posts usually originate in our comments. To give appreciation to our amazing (and sometimes angry) commenters we feature their broad strokes of wisdom in a tidy comment roundup.

1) Watch This: Documentary About Downtown's Gentrification "I disagree with the poster that claims all Curbed readers are elitists and assholes. I find a pretty good mix of opinions and backgrounds here, and the level of discourse is fairly scholastic. Every once in a while an idiot comes in spouting off about Reagan without any basis in facts, but that will happen on every public site."

2) KOR's Response To Eastern Columbia Window Freefall "Nobody should live Downtown. It is clearly dangerous. Falling glass kills. If you have any sense, move to the Valley. Sprawl Rocks!"

3) Lawsuit Filed In WeHo Palm Project, Super Lawyer Hired "...The issue is that land use restrictions and NIMBYism in West Hollywood have gotten out of hand, especially at a time when housing has become unaffordable for most people. This property is on a major artery, and we're talking about a small increase in height, not a 30 story building."

4) Transportation Plan Update II: Aerial Tram! "I want them to build a cannon at the Chinatown Gold Line station where we can get into little pods that get shot into a nice cushiony bed of soft, fluffy pillows in the Dodger Stadium parking lot."
