Earlier this week, Eater LA noted that the Tender Greens restaurant in West Hollywood's under-construction Hancock Lofts will open early next year, rather than by the end of 2008. Indeed. These construction shots of Hancock Lofts, taken last weekend, show the latest phase of the Santa Monica Blvd project. Notably, the Koning Eizenberg-designed townhome/loft development is sporting some wood (or is it some kind of fancy eco-friendly faux wood?) paneling. Renderings emerged earlier this fall, while the listed sales office office phone number still just puts you through to a recording (among other things, you're told that lofts will range from 1,000 square feet-1,800 square feet). And the interest list? Very strong, according to the latest email blast, which also notes that sales are expected to start in December.
