Tainted Ballots?

New, 13 comments

This battle is far more entertaining to watch than any reality television show: The LA Times' Martha Groves reports that opponents of Measure H, which will bring in a Waldorf Astoria, a renovated Hilton, and new condos to Beverly Hills, will fight the just passed measure. Larry Larson, part of the anti-Measure H group Citizens Right to Decide Committee, alleges that provisional ballots were improperly used; he says "his group plans to pin down evidence of tainted ballots and then take its case to court. 'You have to convince the judge it's more likely than not that, but for these tainted ballots, Measure H would have lost,' he said." Previous coverage is here. [LA Times]
