A suspicious reader submitted this home after taking a look at the sales history. Yup, another foreclosure. According to the listing for this 1927 four-bedroom, two-bath house near Shakespeare Bridge in Los Feliz, there are exposed wood beam ceilings, a large dining room, wood-burning fireplace and ceramic tile floors. So about that sales history -- the foreclosure price was $900,000 in August of this year. Its previous sale price, in August 2007, was $1.4 million. In March 2005, the house sold for $899,000. Today's asking price: $849,000 or $388 a square foot. Listing is here.
