A couple of months ago, there was chatter that part of the Barlow Respiratory Hospital near Dodger Stadium, which needs funds to remodel, would be sold to developers. On Friday, the LA Times ran a piece about the new proposed hospital. Is there still housing coming? It's hard to tell from the Times story, but here's Eastsider LA's reaction: "The Times' Barlow story ran Friday and contained not a single word of criticism or skepticism about a plan that would demolish most of the park-like campus, a city historic landmark, and replace it with high density housing, leaving a little patch left over to build a new Barlow."
