The listing (the home is in the gallery) touts that it's only "8 blocks from Venice Beach." Not so fast. Check out Google maps. Anyway, it's priced at $948,000. Regardless of location, the bathroom looks way too tiny for that price. If you're going to pay $1 million for a home, two people should be able to fit in the bathroom at the same time. WEST HOLLYWOOD: Does anyone know the story about this home? It looks like someone walked away from a demolition. And on a pretty good-looking home. Located at 148 N. Swall Drive, the home is now boarded up and the owner is asking $1.75 million. Via the listing: "One of a kind development opportunity!
