A reader writes in to warn everyone about a so-called "Photo Stop Sign Enforcement Program" at Temescal Canyon Park off Sunset Blvd. He writes: "Last week I received a $100 citation in the mail for rolling through a stop sign in TCP's parking lot, which was completely empty at the time. The notice I received indicates that the violation will not be sent to my insurance company or the CA DMV, and I'm grateful for that. But something/everything about this seems wrong." Meanwhile, he tells us the ticket was issued on behalf of the Mountains Recreation and Conservations Authority, with a Beverly Hills mailing address for the payment.
