Those evil new parking meters on Larchmont Blvd were spotted earlier this month, but here's the deal with the parking situation via a story in this month's Larchmont Chronicle. The publication notes that the shoppers are now required to use pay stations, the parking hours have been extended (and Sundays have been added) and the rates have doubled per that citywide raise enacted last month.
