Owned by Mike Resnick, who also restored Neutra's Poster Apartments in North Hollywood (and won an LA Conservancy preservation award in the process), the house is now available for rent (it's fully furnished). The house was recently featured as one of Apartment Therapy's house tours--and Resnick reveals not just the provenance of the house, but also many of the details, furniture, and renovation work. Designed by Kenneth Lind in 1953, the 2,200 square foot home features two bedroom, two baths, a family room, breakfast area, separate office, fireplace and pool. It's now available for rent for $5,900 per month. Apparently a one-year lease is preferred, but short term is also available.
